After spending 11 months in Asia, being in an English speaking country again was a welcome change. Seeing the mountains from the aircraft as I came into land was a beautiful moment. Being hosted by Jim and Bernice was a perfect start to my time in North America. They were brilliant hosts and went above and beyond what I expected from any host.
My ultimate aim is to cycle from Alaska to Argentina. How long will the journey take? I'm not too sure but there 1000's of miles ahead of me and plenty of people and landscapes to meet and explore.
