In today's travel vlog, I take you on a tour of my apartment in the La Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City. This is a Remote Year apartment tour of my apartment in the La Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City.

The cost of living in Mexico is pretty low and even though this apartment is in one of the most expensive neighborhoods, La Condesa, it is still very affordable. My apartment is a three bedroom, 2 bath apartment and you could get a similar unit for around $800 to $1500 on Airbnb. So if you have two roommates like I do, it would cost you around $300-500 a month. You can also find a 1 bedroom in this neighborhood for around $400-800 a month. However, if you leave the La Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City, you can find much cheaper apartments. The cost of living Mexico is very low and it makes finding an affordable place pretty easy.

There are a lot of expats in Mexico and a lot in this neighborhood. There are lots of co-working spaces to support all the digital nomads and location independent people that flock to Mexico. A lot of people ask: Is Mexico Cheap? I think the answer to that question is yes but it can be expensive if you stick to expat areas. Even then though, it is still much cheaper than the US and Europe.
