Our day of driving around the North Shore of Oahu concludes with some exploration of the Island Villages at the PCC, one of the best banana smoothies we've ever had, a "plate lunch" dinner from Rainbow Drive-In back in Honolulu proper, a surprise Friday fireworks show at the Hilton property's lagoon on Waikiki Beach, and more nonsense!! :D

It's time for our first adventure in Hawaii! We're starting on Oahu with three nights staying at the Doubletree Alana Waikiki Hotel in Honolulu, then boarding Pride Of America from Norwegian Cruise Line for a seven-night cruise around the islands. We were in Honolulu from June 1-4, 2022 and sailed from June 4-11, 2022 out of Honolulu with stops in Kahului (Maui), Hilo (Hawai'i), Kona (Hawai'i), Nawiliwili (Kauai), with a scenic cruise along the Napali Coast... let's do this thing!
