We're getting ready to sail aboard the Carnival Horizon on July 4th... can we navigate all these new protocols? We dug through Carnival's website, John Heald's Facebook page, and a stack of emails to compile all the information we needed for our sailing... so we figured we would share, since it applies to a lot of upcoming July and August cruises aboard the Carnival Horizon, Carnival Vista, Carnival Breeze, Mardi Gras, Carnival Magic, Carnival Sunrise, Carnival Panorama, Carnival Miracle, and more!! :P
