Jerusalem is a place I have never thought I would visit. It was a place so high on my bucket list I just didn't know if I would make it. Last year I met Ita in Serbia, a local that offered not only his home but offered to travel around all of Israel with me for as long as I wanted. It was a surreal experience being able to visit such a special place in history. Walking the streets of the old town and making friends with locals everywhere. We explored as much as we could the first day including the Temple Mount The Western Wall the Church of Holy Sepulchre and of course as much food as possible!
